Originally conceived by Patricia Buffler, this symposium will include presentations on the successes of epidemiologic surveillance and research in controlling female cancers, with a focus on gynaecologic malignancies. This session is also intended to honour the memory of Pat Buffler, a champion for the cause of women’s health and an IEA leader.
